Welcome to Kismet Matchmaking! By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), so please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms
   1. By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you accept these Terms and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you will not be eligible to use our services.
2. Eligibility
   1. You must be at least 18 years of age or older to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
3. Account Registration
   1. To participate in our speed dating events, you must register for an account and provide certain personal information, including but not limited to your name, age, contact information, and dating preferences. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by our registration forms.
4. Event Conduct
   1. Kismet Matchmaking is dedicated to providing a positive and respectful environment at all our events. We will not tolerate any form of harassment, inappropriate behaviour, or disorderliness. If you engage in such behaviour, you will be expelled from the event immediately without reimbursement. Additionally, complaints regarding your behaviour may result in the termination of your membership.

6. Technical Issues
   1. Refunds will not be issued for events if technical difficulties are due to the participant's setup. Should the event be disrupted due to technical issues on our part, a full refund will be provided.
7. Matchmaking
   1. The suitability of your matches depends on the available participants. We endeavour to find the best possible matches for you; however, if a match is not made no refunds will be issued
8. Attendance
   1. Refunds will not be issued for events that are not attended. However, if there are special circumstances, please contact admin@kismetmatch.net with your ticket number and details of the issue.
9. Liability and Personal Safety
   1. Kismet Matchmaking is not responsible for any incidents that take place outside the scope of our events. We urge you to practice caution when interacting with individuals outside of our organised events. Should you encounter any form of harassment or inappropriate solicitations for personal contact details during an event, please report the offending participant immediately. Such reports will lead to their prompt removal from the event.
10. Privacy Policy
    1. Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the personal information you provide to us when you use our services. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.
11. Communications
    1. By completing the sign up form, you agree to receive emails, WhatsApp notifications, and event details from Kismet Matchmaking. You can manage your communication preferences or opt out of non-essential communications at any time by emailing admit@kismetmatching.net
12. User Conduct
    1. Users are responsible for all activities on our website and must use our services only for lawful purposes. Users agree not to use our services: In any way that breaches any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation. In any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect. To send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use, or re-use any material which does not comply with our content standards.
13. Content Standards
    1. Users must comply with the spirit and the letter of the following standards.
    2. The standards apply to each part of any contribution as well as to its whole.
    3. Contributions must be accurate (where they state facts).Contributions must be genuinely held (where they state opinions).
       1. Contributions must comply with applicable law in any country from which they are posted.
14. Intellectual Property Rights
    1. The content on our website is owned by Kismet Matchmaking or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are not permitted to use the content for commercial purposes without obtaining a license to do so from us or our licensors.
15. Termination
    1. Kismet Matchmaking may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
16. Changes to Terms
    1. We may revise these Terms at any time by amending this page. Please check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we made, as they are binding on you.
17. Governing Law
    1. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the country, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
